Growing up on an Alabama farm during the 1930’s and 1940’s might sound dull and dreary to some. But to the author, each day brought yet another adventure, as even a trip to get a Christmas tree can prove to be and exciting life-changing.
Joe Johnston and his wife, Margie, currently live in Fayetteville, TN, where Joe continues to write humorous short stories as well as poetry. This is his third in a series of short novels about “Snag & Me,” chronicling his many adventures while coming of age during a more gentle, innocent time and locale.
