Many times, photos or written history on local businesses or people are very difficult to locate. Even then, the amount of information or its accuracy may not be enough to truly do the subject justice. This book appears to be just that. It is simply pieces on numerous subjects of local interest. It may take years to get information on something because it was never written down. Now (2003), the number of older area residents to draw information from dwindles each day.
